Educational Qualifications
- Case Worker-
Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology. Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in assisting women victims of violence. Must have at least 1 year previous experience in Counseling working with Government and Non-Government programs. Post Graduate in Social Work can also apply. Applications are invited from female candidates only. Provision is made for reimbursement of travel expenses.

8th Pass or 10th Pass (a) Fail. Should also be employed under a competent/administrative body. Should belong to Theni district.
- Multipurpose Helper

Pay Scale
- Case Worker-
Salary of Rs.15,000/- per month Being ready to work 24 hours rotation want.
- Security Guard-
10,000/- per month as remuneration. Must be available to work on a 24 hour rotation basis.
- Multipurpose Helper-
Rs.6,400/- per month as lump sum. Must be available to work on a 24 hour rotation basis.
