(a) complete and up-to-date confidential reports for the last five years in original or photocopy to the Government of India; be duly verified by an officer of the Under Secretary’s staff:

(c) of major or minor offences, if any, committed during the last 10 years Details, if no penalty has been imposed, should be so mentioned.
The appointment will be on transfer, on deputation basis, for three years. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other organisation/department of the Central Government shall not exceed three years.
3. Maximum age for appointment by transfer on deputation basis as on the closing date of receipt of applications Shall not exceed 56 years at the limit.
The terms and conditions of deputation will be governed by the guidelines issued by the Department of Personnel and Training OM dated 17/6/2010 No. 6/8/2009 Estt O (Pay-II), as amended from time to time. As per Department of Personnel & Training OM Dated 17/6/2010 No. 6/8/2009 Status (Pay-II) the Central Government Officers holding the higher pay scale/pay scale are ineligible for appointment to the lower pay scale/pay scale.
15 According to the letter No. A-16/1/2017-SEZ dated 05/10/2017 of the Department of Commerce, any officer of SEZ will be ineligible for appointment to the above mentioned post.
